Pisco Sour Recipe
A Pisco Sour lives or dies by the quality of its citrus. Fresh lime yield varies wildly, often throwing off the delicate balance between the spirit’s proof and the foam's silkiness. By incorporating the non-diluted intensity of Frutiva Lime Juice, you replace that inconsistency with a stable, high-performance acid. This ensures the foam remains upright and the flavor stays sharp, providing a professional-grade, craft experience that maintains its structural integrity from the first shake to the last sip.

How to Make This Cocktail
Step 1
Chill a coupe or Nick & Nora glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.
Step 2
Combine the Pisco, Frutiva Lime Juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker tin.
Step 3
The Dry Shake: Shake the ingredients vigorously without ice for 15 seconds. This emulsifies the egg white to create that signature thick, velvety foam.
Step 4
The Wet Shake: Add fresh, solid ice to the tin and shake hard for another 12 to 15 seconds to chill the drink and stabilize the foam structure.
Step 5
Double strain into the chilled glass to ensure a smooth texture without ice shards.
Step 6
Garnish by carefully placing 3 drops of Angostura bitters on top of the foam. Use a toothpick to swirl them into a pattern if desired.
Step 7
Serve immediately.
